Position

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our international team of colleagues from Belgrade and Zurich, working on the digital transformation of Swiss healthcare.

In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of a next-generation health system for the Swiss market, contributing to the amétiq siMed product—used by over 6,500 medical professionals across Switzerland. You’ll design, write, and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright and TypeScript, working closely with developers and product colleagues to catch issues early and keep our releases stable. In a system that medical professionals depend on every day, your work directly safeguards the quality of care.

Hands-on experience with test automation, strong TypeScript skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Experience & Compensation

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years in software testing, with solid hands-on experience in test automation — who can independently design test strategies and drive quality across the product. The monthly salary range for this position is 1,600 – 2,300 EUR, depending on your experience and skill level.

Your Role – You’re the right fit if you:

  • Have experience writing automated end-to-end tests, ideally with Playwright (or similar frameworks like Cypress)
  • Are comfortable coding in TypeScript and understand modern web application architectures
  • Enjoy designing test strategies, defining test cases, and continuously improving test coverage
  • Take ownership of the overall test coverage of the product, keeping the automated test suites healthy, reliable, and running at all times
  • Have experience integrating automated tests into build pipelines (CI/CD) and understand how they gate and support releases
  • Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in catching issues before they reach users
  • Work in a structured and analytical way, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Communicate clearly with developers and product colleagues about bugs, risks, and quality
  • Like working in a team and are eager to explore new technologies and topics
  • Have good communication skills in English
  • Bonus: You have experience in the healthcare domain or testing complex enterprise applications
